Been over charged by now tv

I cancelled the movie pass before my free trial was up yet I’ve been charged £9.99 for this and I also have been charged twice (£7.99 x2) for the entertainment pass after only having it for the free trial? I would like to have a refund and cancel this completely as I am not happy and it’s a bit embarrassing as I have been recommending Now TV to friends and family.
