@Anonymous User are you sure the accounts are the same on the box as it is on this website? Also movies and ents are two different packages so if you are trying to watch the one your pass doesn't cover you'll be prompted for a pass.

@Anonymous User the codes can be tricky to read. Enter them all in uppercase and take care with "I" as it could be an uppercase i or the number 1. Also 5 and S and 0 and O.
