re start membership

how do i  except an offer price when i previously had membership.

tried but it shows old price and not the offer price

When you cancel you lose any discounts you had on that membership. If you didn't reactivate it before the next billing cycle that discount will be lost. 

So any "new" membership being taken out will be based on current deals such as;
