I am being charged £9.99 every month for now tv, but I have cancelled the membership on my account months ago, but I am still being charged every month.

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

When you cancelled did you get a notification email from NOW ?

 

Anything showing under My Account > Manage Account > My Bills & Payments ?

 

If not did you ever create more than one account ?
