Your address format is buggy.

The way your online postal address format is designed is messing up the customers postal addresses.

My first router did not arrive becaue the Royal Mail did not recognise the address.. Weird I thought.  Then when the replacement router arrived I noticed the first line at the end of the address line was missing on the package. Fortunately it arrived becaue the postie recognised my name.

The problem is with the formatting on your Web form under account settings, the 'building name or flat' of the address is formated as a very long single line reading as Ground floor............ Road. However on the label  'road' is missing... Hence the royal mail cannot find the the address!

Your technical team who are in charge of the Web page need to fix this as I appear to be one of many who have not recieved their routers because of this bug with your Web page.

The building name or number should be on a separate line to avoid this bug with you website and post labels.
