My brother used my now tv and got a seven day free trial for an entertainment pass but neglected to tell me, I didn’t realise until 3 months later when I saw the payments out my account. No one used it for those 3 months and I don’t plan on using it for this month either. I’ve cancelled it but would still like a refund for the 3 months or a least for the last month.

I don’t know. What does your brother say when you ask him to pay for what he caused?
But My Account/Settings & PINs/Payment PIN will prevent any such future occurrences.

It’s not him who should give me the money back. I feel like as the three months weren’t used I should be given the
money back. I should definitely be able to get a refund for the last month in which I cancelled it a few days after payment.
