Unauthorised payments

Now tv have continued to take unauthorised payments from me for the last year amount to 226 i cancelled with my bank but they still manage to take the payments. Absolutely disgusting they need to be taken to court. Judging by the reviews its lucky they hide there office alot of people are unhappy

Have you been receiving the email confirmations? Otherwise you didn’t cancel fully I am afraid. 

Did you put a Payment PIN on your account?

If you gave your bank instructions to cancel, then they must do that or they, not you, become responsible for meeting any further payments.

I suggest you discuss this with your bank ASAP to find out why your instructions were not followed.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
