Trying to cancel service TV, broadband and calls and failing, guidance on website takes me around and around in circles with no action button to cancel. Spoke to support who guided me to ChatBot which did exactly the same!!?!! - Please help

You can cancel any of the TV memberships directly through My Account. They are independent of your broadband service, for that see here:

No idea why a broadband rep told you to use the 'ChatBot' as it won't get you anywhere.
See the link posted by @redchiz1 and as for cancelling the TV membership is purely depending where you took them out the first place. If it wasn't via the website it will be through third party means like iTunes etc.
