I purchased a NOW TV Sky Sports Season ticket in August 2019 for £199. All was fine till I moved address in February 2020. I didn't have internet for a while when I moved in and then when I did have that sorted, COVID-19 happened so there hasn't been any football on.
When I go onto NOW TV, my season ticket appears to not be there anymore despite NOW TV stating on their website that these subscriptions will be extended till the end of the football season.
You can see in the payment area of the NOW TV website what I purchased in August 2019. There is also an entry on my record in February 2020 but the entry is blank. I don't believe I informed NOW TV of my change of address, so it cannot be that.
Football is starting tomorrow and I won't be able to watch something I have paid for. It seems it's impossible to contact NOW TV so have no idea what to do other than to post something on here!
