Sky Sports Pass

Account details correct but not accepted by Sky for a Sports Day Pass - missing the match. What am I paying for?

It might depend on the payment method you are using and could not be valid for Now TV.

I also had an issue with a Sky Sports day pass last night 

I paid for the pass, in my account  it said the pass was ready to use, but when i was trying to play the match i kept getting a message saying i needed to purchase a pass in order to view and we also missed the match and we were not at all happy.
