Hi, I’ve followed the instructions in the community forums to remove a device. I’ve changed the password twice now but never get the manage permissions screen so that I can force log out all devices? The chat isn’t helpful as it’s just an endless cycle and you can’t actually speak to anyone. Is there anyone on here that can assist please?

Very annoyingly the device management to delete devices was removed last year. From experience on the forum you are best to go onto live chat and request the device(s) to be removed that way.
Just make sure you click "chat online" within the green box and not "get help quicker" as this is a bot.
