Hello, I started a free trial but realised it’s a 6 month contract and I’ve been being charged. How do I get this rectified, the NOW app hasn’t been working and I haven’t been watching anything as I thought this had been cancelled. Thank you.

NOW don't do free trials as such, save for maybe a Boost alongside other memberships such as Entertainment etc. You can contact an agent using the green Chat online button near the top of the page here. They won't deal with this on the community.
