Im looking for help please and would like to speak to a adviser but all i seem to get is the annoying chat bots and then was told to come here 

i signed up for now tv and then different mounts have been takeeeeen from my account im rather confused as to what these paysments are 

is there a helpline number or live chat that i can speak to
