Payment system broken

I've been trying for 2 days to pay an overdue bill and im getting constant errors. My "5 minute wait" got up to 50 minutes, on the payment line before I had to hang up, second time it was 35 minutes... can anyone help me with actually paying my bill?

that you can pay it online.

See if it’s true.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

We recently changed banks and I've tried several times to change our bank card on our account today. Every time getting an error message that reads 'Oops! That didn't work.'
