I went to cancel my TV membership only last month. I hit cancel 3 times and got what seemed like a confirmation and an offer which I denied. I thought it was cancelled but I got charged again yesterday. I went in to cancel it again and I had to confirm cancellation 5-6 times before getting another confirmation.
This is deceiving. I understand offers to try and keep subscribed but this is predatory. How do I request a refund for what I was just charged for? The Chatbot is useless and you can not even write to it.
