As far as your current NOW account, you need to speak with staff and its not on here. Make sure to be signed in for the call centre info.

If you were paying for Now Broadband on a card associated with the closed bank account, then that card would have ceased to work.
If you didn’t give Now your new details, then they would continue to try to take payment from your old card.
When this failed after several attempts, they will have pulled the plug on your broadband access.
That’s where you are now.
Contact Now Broadband, give them new and valid card details, and they should reinstate your broadband for you.
