New box/New account

I cannot complete my account information for newly acquired NOWTV Smart Stick. I enter all personal information including credit card information and click on submit after accepting all terms. I get a window that says "oops something went wrong" or a blank page. Anybody have any thoughts?

Hi @Anonymous User You can try to create an account on the website and then log in as usual on the Stick. It may be a workaround for you at this time anyway.
