NOW Broadband incorrect bill

I changed my plan on 10th July to £16.50, and received an email confirming that was the value of the plan for the next 12 months, however I checked my payments on my account today and I've been charged different amounts, £20.94 in August, £22 in September and October.

Please can you check why this is happening and how can I get a refund if necessary?

You don't ever speak to staff on here relating to broadband. Have a nosy at this link for the price increase.

I want to take your haggling class, because I never saw Now Broadband that cheap 😛

But those changes are strange sorts of increases. Have you got the telephone service, and are making calls?

Otherwise, best ask Now Broadband for an explanation. Call 150 from a Now landline, or take your pick of:-

0330 041 2518, 0330 041 2462, 0330 332 3050, 0800 759 1213, 0330 041 2473

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
