My Sky sports stopped working

Hi,

I have an entertainment pass and a Sky Sports pass which is payed every month. This month Sky Sports has stopped working. I presumed it would just continue as it has done for the past 2 years. My next payment is due the end of this month, but I should still be getting Sports seeing as it's already paid.

Any help?

What devices have you tried?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

I have tried all devices and its asking for payment. I think I need to re-add my card details.

Are you definitely logged into the devices? As it has been reported that other users are being logged out for some reason.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
