Monthly Payment issue

My bill is showing as due and to be paid on 17th Oct whereas for this month my account is already Debited in the 1st week of Oct.I am not sure why its debited earlier than

Agreed with @redchiz1 what is this for TV streaming or broadband? As both are handled very differently.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
