Misleading

I joined NOW tv with the understanding I would be paying £6.99 a month. There was no other mention on the home page about different memberships and I definitely didn’t sign up to them. Turns out now TV have signed me up for 3 memberships and have been taking £22.99 from me every month. Completely misleading scamming people out of money and hoping they don’t notice

If you took an offer from here https://www.nowtv.com/offers then you signed up to 7 day free use of boost and cinema. Then £6 and £9.99 unless cancelled. 
This was plastered in the offer and its T&C

Speak with staff via live chat to get anything sorted. Make sure to be signed in and use the 'How to get in touch' drop down.

Is this what happened to you?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
