Keep being charged after cancelling multiple times in a row

Hi,

I have now been charged for the second time after cancelling my entertainment subscription. I've been trying to cancel it for the past 2 months yet for some reason I'm still being charged. I've had enough of this as I'm already a student with little money and for the service to keep charging me is incredibly frustrating. I've tried going through the bot and had no help with it at all.

Please can you find a solution for this because I'm very fed up with this

When you are cancelling it, are you getting email notifications of the cancellation? Otherwise the length process wasn't completed I hate to say.

Do NOT use the 'Get help quicker' or 'Request a refund' as they are both bots. You need live chat to speak with staff.

Make sure to be signed in and use the 'How to get in touch' drop down.
