Incorrect payment taken

I started a promotion in June for £3.99 a month cinema pass until January but have been charged £9.99 for the last 2 months. My account clearly states £3.99. Who do I talk to?

Is the £9.99 definitely for the cinema membership and not an additional membership such as entertainment?

Jump onto live chat and speak with staff who should be able to sort it out for you. Make sure you click "chat online" within the green box and not "get help quicker" as this is a bot.
