I’m the account holder and I must have set up NowTV on a device elsewhere and someone is using it.
I followed the guidance on with changing my password and still wasn’t able to get access.
ive had to cancel my membership because I can’t delete the device I know is causing the issue.
Please just reset my devices manually. This shouldn’t be so hard. Very very frustrated and missed the best race of the season. Evening ruined.

You need to change the password on your account plus undertake a forced log out of all devices by following the instructions in this linked guide below.
Also i would recommend adding a payment pin to your account (information also on the same link guide below).

Contact chat, they can reset the devices. I had to do it recently when my boost expired.
