Hi there
The go live date I have been given for my broadband was the 27th May, I'm aware there might have been a slight delay due to COVID-19 but just wondered if there was any idea how much longer this might be?

My understanding is that BT Openreach are now doing Home visits again and would have thought Covid-19 is not the main reason for your delay.
You need to phone the NowTV Broadband Team for an explanation and reason why such a long delay that your scheduled live activation date wasn't achieved and you are still waiting.
I would speak to NowTV also about some sort of compensation about the long delay (even though the article in the link below says auto compensation is suspended during the Covid-19 crisis).
