Getting an email saying payment outstanding but I have paid!

I have received multiple emails now from NowTV saying that my Jan payment is overdue, however the payment screen shows that payment have been received.

The last email said that unless this is resolved my internet will be cut off and I can not speak to an actual person and the chat bot pointed me here.

I don't think this is a phishing scam, maybe a billing problem Skys end?

What are my options as I work from home and can not afford for my internet to be impacted.

You can either fill out a complaints form or call the broadband team. Both which are within the link below.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
