Free trial

Hi. I cancelled my free trials for Cinema and Entertainment. I haven't watched any of the services since but I a still being charged the monthly fees. Has anyone else had this? There's no number to ring.

When you cancelled the free trials, did you cancel before the seven days was up and did you follow the step by step on screen information (approx four steps) until the green thumbs up cancelled message appeared on screen.

 

Did you also receive two separate emails from NowTV confirming that you successfully cancelled both your cinema and entertainment free trials ?

 

Anyway with regards to account related matters and refunds you need to contact NowTV live chat.
