I haven't used my Now tv stick for a while but have continued paying a monthly fee. I have changed internet provider recently. I decided to set the stick up so I could start using it again. Basically I have discoverd that the account I assumed I have been paying the passes for doesn't have any passes showing. I think I have a second account which is what I have been paying for. I have tried all email addresses I can think of and none have been used to set up a Now tv account! I am completely stuck. I have been trying to contact Now tv but keep going round in circles and getting no where. How do I find out my username or the email address for the 2nd account I seem to have?
