New customer!
I just took out a Sports Month membership and was able to log in and stream perfectly well on my Windows desktop. However, when I try to log in to the Now TV app on Roku or iOS, it says my username/password is not recognized.
Obviously frustrating because the same credentials work on the desktop! Aargh!
Can anyone suggest why this is happening or even better, tell what I need to do to watch on Roku, or stream from my mobile to Roku?

Are both devices fully updated?
Do you have any special characters in your password which could cause things to have a meltdown. Try unplugging your router for a few minutes along with the Roku stick.
Otherwise report with staff via live chat. Make sure to be signed in and use the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down.

Thanks for your suggestions.
Roku is up to date and I just downloaded the Now TV app to my iPhone, so I owuld expect they are up to date.
No special characters, just alphanumeric.
I'll see if I can get a response from the live chat.
