Extending cancelled broadband

I have cancelled my broadband from 6th April, but haven’t had a response to confirm. I need to extend my broadband now we’re staying at this address and working from home, but I can’t contact anyone at now tv to do so. We can’t work without broadband and not sure what to do!

Go to My Account > Broadband & Calls and under the Moving Home section keep clicking on it until a telephone number appears.

 

The Moving Home number is the same number for all Broadband & Phone enquiries.

 

If no joy, open the link below (make sure you are signed in with your Broadband login details) and a telephone number should show on the right hand side of the screen in green.

Last time i heard the Broadband Telephone helpline is still available but there is a high volume of traffic and with the Coronavirus crisis i am assuming NowTV are stretched with labour resources to take the high volume of calls.

 

Over on NowTV Twitter they are telling Broadband customers to keep trying the phone line, where they are saying you will eventually be able to speak to someone.

 

You could try opening this link below and click on the arrow next to "i want to cancel my broadband and calls without switching" where there is an email link given .

 

I know this email is intended for customers cancelling broadband totally, but if you make it clear what you are after that you need to remain on their service they may hopefully pass the email onto the correct Dept that takes cares of this (can't guarantee it will work mind).

I’ve tried to find the contact number but haven’t seen it anywhere on the website. Do you know the number if possible?
