I recently had my Sky ID chaged, I emailed Now TV 2 days ago about an error message with my Now TV account details page.
How long do they usually take to reply?
And there's no live chat, it says "Live Chat is unavailable at the moment, or all our advisors are busy.", email is the only option and it says they take 24 hours.

Just a thought with the error message with your nowtv account, where Sky ID and NowTV are not linked anymore.
Therefore for example if you have changed or updated any passwords or personal details on your Sky account you also need to update the information on your NowTV account and vice versa.
