Deleting an account

Hi everyone.

I've had a NOW TV account, mostly inactive, since 2016.

I recently got a new NOW TV subscription but through BT TV. The set top box logs me in automatically each time so I do not have a password and I can't therefore watch NOW TV on a second device.

My existing email address is attached to my old account not the new one so I cannot change the password either. All I have is the information that I am signed in as ANDREWKAY***

Any ideas about how I can either a) somehow get a password for the new account or b) delete the old account and add my email address to the new one?

You might get better joy over on the BT TV Community and ask for a BT TV Moderator to help.

If so maybe ask for assistance from the BT TV Moderator or if not perhaps start a new thread over there asking for assistance.

I am not familiar how the BT TV setup account process works or how to sign into other NOW playback devices with the account login credentials that was given or emailed to you by BT TV.

I am sure somebody over on BT TV will know exactly what you need to do.
