Try your avatar top right, select Manage NOW Account, click the hamburger on Manage Account (three horizontal lines) in the white box at the top, look at the options under My broadband and calls.
As I don’t have Now Broadband, I don’t know what appears there for its subscribers, but I would expect it to include the details you require, as long as the account you are posting with here is the same one that your broadband is on.
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
