Charged twice for my initial payment and setup

As title says. I initially put in £20 in my account, after processing the payment I was deducted £20 with the error that my card could not go through.

After putting more money into the account and processing the payment again I was charged an additional £20 + £5.

 

So there have been two initial payments made instead of the one.

Need to get this resolved asap
