Cancelled subscription

Hi I cancelled my account months ago and you’ve continued to take money !!! I have also cancelled it since then but your still taking money ! I would like a refund with immediate affect please.

@Anonymous User, if you go to my account, then passes and scroll down there is an option for incorrect charges. Click that and complete the form. It should get sorted for you.

Did they ever sort it out for you? I've just been told that even though i followed the cancellation procedure correctly, because THEY failed to send me an email it doens't count and was autorenewed. How is that fair? They make a mistake and blame the user for it and now won't refund the full amount owed back to me.

The bank did a te-charge me in the end! Big con artists this lot
