Can’t view sports

I purchased a day sports membership and I can’t watch the cricket match

Any message or error code on screen when attempting to watch either Sky Sports Main Event or Sky Sports Cricket channel?

Also if anybody who wants to watch the live cricket final without a NOW Sports Membership it is currently on Channel 5 in the UK on Freeview or My5 App.

Try activating the day membership on your mobile and then do a clean exit by hitting back until you get to the home page. This should then allow you to watch on another device without hassle.
