Can't log in

[Need-Help]

Hi,

I have had to create a new account just to post here.

I tried to log in to my normal account and continued to get the following error message:

Unable to load sign in, please try again later.

I tried to log in on both mobile and on different browsers with no luck.

I have no other way of contacting NOWTV and the online help is no help.

I have now had to create a new account and pay for an entertainment subscription just to get in touch.

Can I please be allowed to log in to my account?

You didn't need to pay for a damn thing to "get in touch" so you have needlessly spent money. Also staff won't be replying you on here.
