Call queue for billing queries

Trying to sort out billing issue....65mins flaffing around and waiting and then cut off. I'll probably cancel my contract, appalling customer service

Are you using the number from the below link? There is also a form you can fill out which might save you with the call center.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
