Hi I noticed my April direct debit didn’t come off as my account details had not been updated . I have now updated but noticed my may payment hasn’t come off either . I can still watch now tv can anyone please advise what will happen as I don’t want too get in errars .
This happened to me a few months ago. I had to update my payment details to another form to allow the payment to go through then I changed it to my desired details.
FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
