I made a call to a landlines 01 number and had done several times that day as its the doctors made other calls also but been charged for one call only on 31 Jan at 1500 I don't understand why been charged as have anytime calls and this has never happened before can't find any number to ring to query it and get sorted and online chat no help as gives options to pick from and not for what I need and can't just right a question to be answered also finding difficult for help I need in help centre hate robots need to speak to a human!!
