I immediately realised I had signed up for the wrong website and cancelled the entertainment subscription. It says I am signed up for 6 months and will take money from account every month even though I have not used this service. Within 2 min of realising I was on the wrong site, I canceled the membership and went to apply for a refund through the chat bot. Which isn't functioning on 3 different web browers I have used, plus I tried to reach out to the bot on my phone, also not functioning.
PLEASE ARRANGE REFUND ASAP AND CANCELATION OF ALL FURTHER PAYMENTS FROM TODAY 16 NOV, 2023.

You need to use the method provided by @redchiz1 to speak with staff live chat. Nothing will get sorted on the forum as it is just customers like you and me on here.
