Boost

I've just been charged for Boost without signing up for anything... Can someone please help with refunding?

To get any hope for a refund you must speak with staff via live chat. Make sure to be signed in and use the 'How to get in touch' drop down.

Signed up for nothing? It’s not just that you signed up for something else, and Boost arrived with it, unwanted?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
