Just found out i have been charged £6 extra per month for Boost, when 100% i never signed up for it. Really underhand - i have never used it and want a refund as feel ripped off. Plus...there is no customer service - just a near useless BOT system

Have a read of:-

To avoid the ‘bot, never choose ‘Get Help Quicker’.
Try from here, with that in mind:-

Wouldn't say you never use boost. As with 90% of devices and almost all content will benefit the aspects of boost.
Have a full read of this. And if your still dead against it, play the cancel game to get good offers, otherwise speak to staff using the method provided by @RoyB

That’s one of the reasons why it’s doubly sneaky. During that first week, when you don’t even know you’ve got it, it’s working stealthily to improve your Now experience in many ways, but you are probably thinking ‘Hey, this is what standard Now is like - not bad’.
And even if you know it’s there, and cancel it before the free trial is up, then once the trial is over you come back to Earth with a bump, when your video drops from HD to HD Ready, your 5.1 audio shrinks back to 2.0 stereo, adverts start appearing in your On Demand viewing, Sports if you have it goes jerky, and your ‘3 simultaneous users’ drop down to 1.
Which, even if it’s just you watching, means you suddenly have to start being very careful how you switch from watching on one device to watching on another, if you don’t want a 20-minute wait before Now becomes available on the other device 😢
