Boost and Sky cinema added to subscript without request

I have had Boost and Sky cinema added to subscript without request. I signed up for £6.99 per month for six months at which time I was going to quit. I find I have now been billed for Sky Cinema and Boost which has cost me another £9.99 and £6.00. I have cancelled these unauthorised subscriptions and now I'm trying to get my money back. I have tried the skybot chat but no-one seem to be there as I have had no response.

The label attached to this post is incorrect as it will not accept "Unauthorised subscriptions added" which is what it is.

Sounds like you took out the entertainment 6 month saver from the offers section of the site?

This does indeed clearly state that a 7 day free trial of boost and cinema are applied unless cancelled. At the checkout process they should have been able to be removed. However I am guessing you may not have noticed? ☹️

For any chance of a report you need to AVOID the 'Get help quicker' at all costs, as this the bot. You need to do live chat to speak with staff.
