my wifi bill was due yesterday and the money normally automatically gets taken out of my account. But I didn’t  have enough money in my account so it was declined. How and when do I pay for this months bill now?

You don't get billed for Wi-fi, its your broadband connection that is billed. That in turn gives you both Wi-fi and Ethernet connections to the internet. 

Best option for you is to call the team.
