On 14TH September you debited my Mastercard ending **** 9360 with £5.
This related to a trial subscription I took out online and then cancelled immediately, the same day, as I changed my mind. You did not provide me with any products or services.
I contacted you by letter requesting a refund on 11th October but have so far received no reply. (Facsimile of my letter is attached)
I now repeat my request for a refund of £5.00 plus my postal charges of £0.95.
You aren’t speaking to staff on this forum. So any refunds won’t be carried out unless you speak to staff directly.

Oh, thanks for that. They seem to make it pretty difficult to make contact, hence my snail-mail tactic ... but to no avail. Will follow your suggestions. Cheers.
