I've tried to contact them countless times and no responce.
I've tried to tell them a promise to pay date as we all know its tricky times at the moment. Now I've been cut off.
What the hell am I suppose to do

You say you’ve been cut off, is this TV passes or broadband?
If it’s TV passes then use the email provided by @ukbobboy
If it’s broadband service call the team.
