Billed but not available

I’m being billed for the entertainment and movie pass and watch now tv on bt freeview box. When I go on to the app it says I just have the movies pass. I can’t access any of the entertainment channels.

Have a read of this why you can't currently use your NowTV Entertainment Pass on a Youview box.
