Auto-Compensation Late Being Paid

Hello,

I received two emails from NOWTV regarding compensation I am owed for my internet installation being delayed for over a month. I have now cancelled my package given I was never able to connect to the internet and nothing was done about it.

I received the first email on 15.10.2023 saying I was owed £169.07 and it would be paid within 30 calendar days, which is by 14.11.2023.

I received the second email on 19.10.2023 saying I was owed £23.32 and it would be paid within 30 calendar days, which is by 18.11.2023.

By my calculation I am owed a total of £192.39 and the deadline for payment has passed in both cases.

I would be very grateful if a member of staff could review this and have the payments processed.

Sadly no member of staff will review this here, you will need to contact them directly via the usual channels.

To echo what @redchiz1 staff don't monitor the forum in the way you are hoping. So you need to call them directly to sort it out.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
