2nd Account at a different address

Hi all,

 

I would like to set up at another address but link it to my current account how can I do that?

TV or broadband?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

If broadband, I very much doubt you can. What would be your objection to a second account?

If TV, just log on there with your current account. Now don’t police IP addresses.

Better get Boost though, if you haven’t already, or there will be a lot of telephone calls, or online chats, flying between the two properties 😛

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
